Lotus Pond

When we set up our new home I was all out to collect lotus lilies no matter where I saw them. I would make my husband get off whenever I saw a lake with this beautiful flower and ask him to pull out a plant from there Such was my interest. I set the pond and spent hours watching the flowers grow. I had the pink, red, white and the purple colour But it was short lived as I saw a snake in there and that was the end of the pond.

I don't have a pond, but I know someone who does and is thriving It has a lot gold fish living in it, it's so beautiful! I have pictures of it, but not in this computer I might share it once I get my files back

I understand you completely, I'm scared of snakes too. They're so creepy and dangerous! Fortunately, there are no snakes in my area, so I can feel safe
Maybe one day I'll have a pond.
