lemon trees and buds turning purple

Hi Folks,
Some of the leaves on my lemon tree as well as new buds are turning purple. Any idea whats could be the problem ?

What type of lemons are you growing? Seems like this is common of Meyer or Bearss lemons.

They aren't meyer lemons, just regular lemons I guess. I didn't see that happen before (or at least didn't notice)

I have a Meyer and a variegated lemon tree and there's always purple in the buds.
