I think he’s talking about that whole big branch on the left side that has leaves on it.
Do you know where the graft union is? If so, is that branch above or below it?

I’m having a hard time locating the graft union. I think it might be a cutting, which would have no graft union and therefore technically no suckers. Need to know which case it is.

I don't know where the gratitude is no, I thought it was where the two branches meet? Can someone point out to me where the graft is, the part I circled in blue I thought was the graft so anything about thay should be OK I thought but looking for advice

No, those are below the graft also. The actual graft union is that larger diameter portion of the trunk that has no leaves that is growing upward and to the right.. The reason that the tree is only growing on one side is that it is growing from the rootstock. The grafted part appears to be dead.

Focus on the limb with zero leaves. As you go up the limb you will see where a limb was removed. As you go higher you will see where a second limb was removed. At that point is where the graft begins. Do you see how the limb's diameter gets larger? That is where the scion was attached. A scion is a cutting from another tree that has desired traits. ANYTHING below that graft point is growing from the rootstock and you don't want that.

Ok I cut that branch off them
I also snipped tiny bit off the heads of the 3 small branches on right hand side above the graft snd thrre green so still alive yes???
