Lemon tree browning

Hello, first time poster here. Our Meyer lemon tree was planted a few moths ago and doing great. We increased watering from 3 times a week to every day now that it’s heating up here in the Phoenix metro. Our leaves started turning brown and I just noticed it today. Any idea what is causing it and how we can fix it?
