leaf curl on large shrub/tree

Have recently moved house\garden and have this shrub/tree with severe leaf curl on it. I believe it has a small pink flower around Feb/March. Please can anyone help? I will attempt to add a picture.

Software might stop you posting a pic till you got a higher post count. Can you see the "upload a file" button ?

If not, try drag and drop
