Laying Decking in garden 4m X 5m

I want to lay down some decking in my back garden, total size 4m X 5m, over what was once a vegetable patch. I was just wondered the best way to lay the frame? dig in the corners and timber set in concrete in the corners and middle lines? then build frame on that? if so how deep should I go?
