Lavander plant dying

Hi everyone!

I am new to the forum and new to herb gardening. I got a plant at the Trader’s Marker and was told is a Lavander so I have been giving it all the lavander cares (maybe I am watering too much) but it looks very sad. As I was researching about lavander I noticed that my plant doesn’t look very much like lavander so now I’m wondering if it even is this kind of plant! Would any of you be so kind to guide me on this matter? I’ll appreciate it!

I think it's a goner. But if you squeeze the seed pods over a white piece of paper, you might see black seeds coming out. Pot them asap and they will germinate.
