Hey guys was wondering if you thought I would be safe to plant a crop of corn again this fall. I feel like if I can get it in the ground in a week or two I should have just enough time to harvest it before early November. I am in zone 8 and it doesn't get cold here until late November early December most of the time. Might be risky but was wondering what y'all thought.

I don't think it stays hot and dry enough in the fall for a new crop of corn, but I could be wrong. We lived in Stockbridge years ago, and had no luck with late crops that needed dryness and steady heat. Too wet in the fall in GA.

Yeah, I don't think the fall will be a good time for corn. Wait to february/ march. Good luck
