Last of the Manx Marvel tomatoes

Had a great time growing tomatoes from seeds that were sent to me by Zigs way back in the month of June. I finally pulled out the plants and these last few tomatoes came in handy to make a green salad.

Want to know how I made it? OK. Slice tomatoes - you will get 4 each. Place them in a dish and spread over them the mixture of grated carrot, chopped onions, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leaves garnished with sugar and salt

This is my type of food! Not only they look so delicious and healthy, they are home grown

Yes. I think. I will write a post on that after I am sure that the seedlings that are coming up are healthy for tranplanting. Keeping my fingers crossed.
