Looks like a great day, I'm glad it wasn't rained off :) I remember dancing around the May pole when I was little, I always found it fascinating how the ribbons all ended up so prettily braided.

And Willow was performing :)

That was such a "Dad, what are you doing?!" look she gave you at the end! :LOL:

Looks like a really fun celebration! I have noticed you guys seem to have a lot fairs and festivals, lucky you :love:(y) Over here we only have one big fair and that's it. There was a small fair, the candy fair when I was little, no idea if they still celebrate that one though.

Yep, us brits love a get together :)

On Saturday a load of folk are going up Thorncombe Beacon to light a bonfire, it's one of the beacons used to warn of the Spanish Armada's approach.

Oh cool! I wish I was moving to Britain instead of the Netherlands, you guys seem to have so much more fun over there with all your festivals and gatherings, you guys are so social :love: The Dutch could use some of that :D
