Keep damaged arborvitae ?

keep bushes for hedge or not

So this winter the rabbits got to my arborvitae, pictures enclosed. Should I keep these young bushes I planted last year or start over? Thank you!

I can see plenty of green still. there is a good chance that these will survive this time, and it`s when they get eaten to the brown bits or ring barked that the trees will die.
With a bit of TLC and some water these should be OK (y)
