Japanese Hulless Popcorn

I have never heard of this. How can popcorn not have a hull? Doesn't it have to have something to pop out of?

All your seed catalogues have it. It is a small white kernel that has very little hull that don't stick in your teeth like the big yellow stuff.

Yes, it is a lot cheaper and better than buying packaged stuff from a store that is probably 2 or 3 years old and where about 2/3's of it pops. I always set aside a little area for it
