There is some form of variegation appearing on the leaf pictured. Only time will tell if such variegation is both genetically stable and ample enough to be of horticultural value. There are other pathological causes of leaf variation such as nutrient deficiencies and mosaic viruses, but the variegation shown does not seem to be such a problem. Also, I see no evidence of any spider mite infestation.
