Is this an apple seedling?

Hello everyone. A total gardening newbie here. I'd appreciate your advice.
My daughter grew a tomato plant as a school project. The tomato died and later my wife planted some apple seeds in the same pot and soil without any preparations or expectations.
But something seems to be growing. There is one main seedling that has been growing for a couple of weeks and today I noticed smaller ones.
First I'm curious if this is an apple at all. It would be funny if I'm growing weeds.
If it is an apple, I'd appreciate any advice you can give me as to how to take care of it.

Sorry, not an apple sprout. I would suggest doing a Google image search of an apple tree sprout so you know what to look for. You should also put the apple seeds in the fridge for a few months before planting.

I should have said none of them are apple sprouts. Probably just weed seeds that came with the soil.
