Hello,

this palmy is around 6-7 years old. For the last 6 months she have started to shed leaves massively. I have re potted her and noticed that very big chunk of her roots have been rotting. I have cut of a big amount of rot roots leaving only undamaged ones. since then she got even worse - tree stems have dried out, got some reddish spots, the leaves are thin and not very viable. Perhaps cutting this much of roots have not helped her, on the contrary. Question is - is there anything I can do to safe her? This tree is very dear to me, if the damage is permanent, is it possible to cultivate a new/baby palm tree from this one? If so, how can I do that?
Thank you in advance.
