Is my Monstera sick?

Hello, I picked up this Monstera from Sprouts. When I got home I realized the leafs are slightly discolored. Is my Monstera ok? Other then the discoloration it seems very healthy.

It looks healthy, maybe it hasn't been watered in a while, or those might be recent leaves, since some have the usual green color. Hope it's nothing and you get to enjoy your new plant!
