Is my garlic ready to be harvested?

I tried some of the scapes and they are great -- intense and delicious.

I would like to have full garlic bulbs.

Are these plants near ready?

We let ours turn just a little more brown. We also always cut the scapes off.

Mine usually brown and fall over before they're ready. I usually just have one that I repeatedly dig near to check it's progress. Mine are nearly ready. Probably one more week. Yours look like they need longer to me, but you could take a peak at one and just replant it, if its not quite bulbed out yet.

No there not ready yet. I harvested mine last week after the bottom 2 sets of leaves went brown. Its roughly 4 weeks after the scapes grow that they'll be ready, I but all my scapes off.
