Is it palm tree growths?

Hi! Unfortunately, I have a dying palm tree in my house. Recently I noticed little Green growths next to it. Is it palm tree?

Unless it set seed and the seeds fell into the pot, they look like weed seedlings that's growing.

If I were to guess I would say that one is either a tomato or pepper and the other a cucurbit of some sort. Where did the soil come from?

Just the soil that was in the pot, that's strange.

I would transplant them and see what they are...
