Anybody out there a huge fan of Inspiration Green Beans? They are a family favorite for us here in Indiana. A nice bush bean that does great with heat and disease resistance, yet is super tasty fresh and when canned. We can't find seed locally or on the internet. I believe it was a Monsanto product. Anybody else a big fan of Inspiration and if so, can you tell me where you can buy seed or if you found a substitute that you like just as well? Thanks for your help.

Inspiration Green Bean (Phaseolus vulgaris 'Inspiration') is/was a cultivar produced by Syngenta. I'm not certain if it is still commercially available. If you are able to locate more of this bean be sure to save some of your own seed. If it is as good as you say, it could become your own 'modern heirloom' variety.
