Ingredients for Vermicompost ???

Am preparing Vermicompost for the first time.

Just making a note of which fruit & vegetable scraps should be added to the mixture.
And also very important to know what NOT to add.

Kindly help me to make the BEST Vermicompost.

Pardon me if this is not accurate but what I know is our composting. We have a hole in one of our planter box (about half a foot in diameter and depth) where we put in the excess vegetables, rinds, stems, etc. That would include leftover fruits and remnants. That bin is rich in earthworms that eat the vegetables and convert the soil into compost. You can try it but I'm not sure if it is the same as what you call vermicompost.

You are right...that is called vermicompost because it is prepared with the help of worms.

But my question is unanswered.
