Identify this plant

I was in Stratford apon Avon last week when I saw this plant in one of the parks and would like to know the name.

It's like Cistus ladanifer.

Agfee with @Larisa My favorite Cistus landifer .. I have about 5 or more in my garden. Shame the flowering period is not that long and the flower is short-lived too. It likes hot and sunny spot..

Yep you guys are right. The flower looks like the iris but the foliage doesn't.
