I need some help, evergreens

Please help, the dead guy is consistent. I have replaced him or his neighbor to his left at least 4 times. Takes 3-5 months then turns up dead. Yes getting water, I don't know why. The other trees doing well, have not been replaced.

Have you had the soil tested for contaminants?

biological test for soil fungus. expensive but worth identifying.
