I need help with this plant

I have a corn plant and I repotted it before, this made some flies and it started to brown and have more fungus for about 5 days. I just repotted it today and watered it down, then placed it in my room. I don’t know what to do with the leaves that are already dying. It started to brown on the stem too. The small one that’s growing also started to brown but I cut a little piece off of it. Please help me out with this
