I dont know what to do

I have a corn plant and I repotted it before, this made some flies and it started to brown and have more fungus for about 5 days or so. I just repotted it yesterday and watered it down, then placed it in my room. I don’t know what to do with the leaves that are already dying. It started to brown on the stem too. The small one that’s growing also started to brown but I cut a little piece off of it and still starts to brown today. Please help me out with this, I’m struggling with finding solutions
