Hyundai HYT140 tiller

i just got the new tiller above but when i was assembling it i noticed a spring hanging loose from the throttle mechanism. anyone got a picture of where it goes. by the way tiller does run but has no throttle adjustment. did contact Hyundai power equipment about this but its like pulling teeth.. no sure if anything is missing.

I have zero context here. maybe a parts diagram, model and serial number?
