How to make hoya flower?

I started with two hoyas two years ago and I have propagated them by layering and taking cuttings. I have now more plants, but no flowers! And they are green, green and green. Have you grown them? Do you know their optimum growing conditions?

I know I don't have these conditions and wonder if anyone who has grown them, watched them flowered can give me some pointers.

I grew 2 kinds of hoya from the cuttings.
Hoya blossomed 3 years after rooting.
She looked like a big plant.
Hoya blossoms well in pots of small size. It is important that the root system of Hoya completely fill the space of the pot, and there it was even a little cramped.
Water after full drying of the earth.
The southern window or the southeast window is best for Hoya.
(it is obligatory to shade in the summer)
Hoya does not like to grow in the garden.
