Hi, I got this monstera variegata yesterday and i wanted to ask for help on how to get her back to health properly. The plant appears to be rather weak: her leaves are dropping and are very dry. I gave her a moss pole to climb and also watered her. The stems and leaves are small and fragile. I’m afraid that if I fertilise her, she wont be able to manage it?

No fertilizer at this time. It will need time to adjust to its new environment. You have the plant in a window and it looks like a perfect place. Just give it time and don’t over do the watering. It takes time to strengthen a plant. You can always take a node cutting to start a new plant for later creating a more full planter. I do this often since I enjoy seeing a dense jungle vib.
