with multiple harvests if you get the timing right ☘️

The best time to plant is in early spring or fall when temperatures are mild—ideally between 15-24°C (59-75°F). In warmer climates, a bit of afternoon shade can help prevent bolting. With consistent care, you can enjoy fresh leaves within 3-4 weeks, and the plant will keep regrowing after each cut.

My wife is hispanic and we use a LOT of cilantro.

I actually cut 55 gallon drums in half (hot dog style, not hamburger) so each one is two large herb beds. I grow cilantro, basil and others.

I buy the Cilantro seeds in bulk online.
