How much light does a Pothos plant need?

I want to grow some in my living room which is has lousy lighting so I will need to have some artificial lighting.

I have mine under lights, they do especially well under office lighting. Here's some golding ivy photos that live under lighting. They are so easy to take care of and they never need fertilizer. You can put them on an end table under a common light or lamp.
