Hot pepper plants took a beating

Hi, a few of my hot pepper plants started getting curly leaves and stunted new growth about a week/week 1/2 ago. I found little white aphids a few days ago and at first sprayed it with safer's but that burned some of the leaves as seen in one of the pictures. I finally just gave them a good spray with water and havent found any aphids since. I'm new to gardening and these superhots are a handfull, anyone know if i should prune the damaged leaves? AI keeps telling me to leave them on there but the new growth hasn't grown in over a week now.

If mine, I would leave them until they either recover or brown. Those aphids will probably return so keep an eye on them.

I would leave them alone too. Some of my hot peppers stalled at times for a couple weeks then took off good.

Some fertilizer might help too but the plants look good to me.

Me too, apart from the white spots from the spray they look very healthy.
