High Bush blueberry leafspot

Hoping someone can help confirm the cause of the leaf spots on a few of my blueberry plants. There are also spots which resemble brown blisters on the green fruit. I believe the issue is rust however the issue also has the look of phytotoxicity. The plant types are unknown. They came from a farm in NJ as cuttings. The plants are on their third season. They are planted in the ground, soil PH is monitored and adjusted through out the year. I also do routine disease and pest scouting and haven't found any insects that could cause the leaf spotting
