Hey guys why is my dumbcane's leaves coming together? I mean a want them them to spread a little.

When light is only available to a plant at certain directions, many plant leaves will adjust their angles and position in order to maximize exposure. This is what is happening with the Dumb-cane (Dieffenbachia cv.) in the OP.
