Hello everyone,
I want to grow a herb garden in one of my raised beds.
What herbs would do well in Phoenix Arizona?

Hello Tina,

I would think any of the Mediterranean ones would do well out there, such as Rosemary, Sage, Thyme, Oregano and Fennel :)

Tina, in your rather warm climate marjoram, Mexican oregano, rosemary, sage, thyme will do well. Stay away from the Italian oregano--can't stand humidity if you have humidity.
We are in central Texas with really hot summers and relatively high (over 50%) humidity most of the year. I've had good luck growing the above mentioned herbs.
Basil and parsley are annuals, and I'm starting seeds of those today and will be planting out in pots and gardens in April. The Italian large-leafed basil does very well, and can be dried or frozen for later use. The Italian flat-leafed parsley has more taste, and can be frozen, also.
