Can someone tell me how to make them stand back?

You're going to have to support them some way. Alternatively, transplant them and plant them deeper so they will be held up by the soil.
It won't kill them to be bent over like that, but if you're growing them for sale in that tray, they're not going to stand back up.

When you plant them, just plant them deep with the first set of leaves just above the soil.
