Help with philodendron leaf problem

Hi, i have a beautiful philodendron which I didn’t have home 5 minutes and the problem with the leaves started (see pics). Help?! I hadn‘t watered it as the pot felt heavy (of course it has since been watered). I can see the problem is spreading.

Any ideas on what it is and what to do?

It's probably water related, it's not sitting in water? Have you misted the leaves? If so don't do it. Take it out of the pot and see if it's waterlogged, if it is leave it out of the pot and use some paper towels to soak it up, being careful not to squash the roots, then put it back in the pot.

I'd be careful how many you cut off at one time, just cut the worst one and wait a bit to do the others I know that they don't look good but it will be better for the plant.
