Help with Money Tree

Good Afternoon,
I am having trouble with my money tree that I have had for over 4 years. It was thriving but now it seems as if the roots are not growing to secure in a pot. I have walked by it several times and it just toppals over straight out the pot. PLEASE HELP. I have attached pictures

The tree appears to be a little top heavy. This is good. If you haven’t changed the soil in the last year or two, now would be a good time. After you have repotted the tree get a couple of stakes or dowels and insert into the soil on each side of the tree. Tie the tree to the rods to prevent any movement. This will help the tender new roots to grow and not break in the soil.
