Help with Lisianthus Ordered Online Not Thriving

I recently ordered Lisianthus plants online, but they don't seem to be doing well after arrival. The leaves are wilting, and the plants look weak. I followed the care instructions, but nothing seems to help. Has anyone experienced this before or have tips on how to revive them? Any advice would be appreciated!

Looks like they might be a bit too wet. They like plenty of sunlight (6-8 hrs). Not humid conditions. Allow them to dry out a bit before watering. Good luck. They can be quite finicky to grow

I grew Lisianthus one year, inground. They were fabulous, gorgeous. I hope you are Plant Zone 8-10, because that is where these flowering plants thrive best.
