Looks like you have Thrips insects. I can see an adult thrips on the bottom of the large leaf and eggs scattered about the entire leaf. I also see on the same leaf what appear to be two adult thrips but these two individuals could possibly be the larvae of lady bugs. The picture isn't good enough to tell for sure. The way to get rid of the thrips is to first spray with Neem to kill the eggs and then spray with insecticidal soap to kill the individual insects.Hi All,
