Help w/ Philodendron micans

Hi guys, I just got 3 philodendron micans cuttings and all leaves were fine. Ive put them in water to propagate and noticed this two leaves have this discoloration now and feels very soft and limpy on the lighter colored area. Any idea what this is? Any suggestions on what I could do different?

maybe it might be too much water, you can consider propagating them into soil instead.
