Help needed.

My coleus…she started w/one leaf damaged, then she became ill with more. Please help identify both what the issue is & how I may treat it.

From your 2 leaves it's hard to tell but it most resembles sunburn to me. A picture of the whole plant (pot and all or planter area) would help.
