Help.. My Gardenia is dying

Any tips on how to take care of this Gardenia tree??

My Gardenia tree is outside I have tried everything I can think of coffee grounds in the soil, repotting it, provide humidity to watering with rain water mix with Epson salt. I don't do this with every watering but it's still not happy as you can see.... Please I need some advice
