I got a new fiddle leaf fig tree about 4 days ago. It wasn’t in the best condition when I received it, however, it has since worsened and is now covered in small brown spots. At first glance it looks like oedema but it is on all the leaves not just new growth. If anyone can help me diagnose what’s wrong with my Fig that would be greatly appreciated!!

Looks like it could be a bacterial infection? Not entirely sure how to treat it and if it's salvageable though. Keep it away from other plants, cut off affected leaves if possible, maybe check for root rot, sterilize tools you've used on it (shears, etc) before using on other plants, mind your watering, and make sure it's getting enough sunlight.

What I see mostly is physical damage. Which spots are new? Do any of them show on the upper side as well as the bottom? If it's the big one in pic#1 you may have a problem, but the little ones not so much especially if they are only on the bottom of the leaves. How cold may it have gotten on the way home? It doesn't really look like typical frost damage, but that may be something to consider. If you have only had it 4 days, you probably haven't done any damage. What you have is probably something it's had since before you got it. You might see if you can return it if it goes downhill significantly.
