I think it is a fake skeleton. No way a human hand looks like that over time. Also, you have an American flag, A coach lamp on the building because architect are weird and some vertical handles on a door that probably raises up which is awkward for a pregnant mother to lift when the power is out. What did I miss?

It's difficult to identify plants in a distance image, closer shots of foliage/flowers etc. would be helpful please.
Meanwhile I'll take a guess. The shrubs at the back possibly Hebe, those at the front possibly Berberis or Cotinus.
