Help Identifying a Tree

We recently moved into a house and are wondering how big this tree is going to get. It is about 8ft away from our house and is really close our cement patio. I have looked at several online tree identifiers and think it is either a young sugar maple or perhaps a red maple? It is still a fairly young tree and we are a bit concerned about the house and patio if it will get really large.
