I'm no expert and I'm brand nee to gardening forums but they look like plants that I have. The solid green one looks like spathiphyllum or Peace Lily. The variegated one looks like my aglaonema or Chinese Evergreen. If you google these names you'll be able to see lots to compare. My solid green one doesn't like to be dry at all and too much sun ( and not enough water) make it wilt. The variegated chinese evergreen will burn in direct sun but it gotten tough over the last year and it's ok if it dries out a little or stays wet. You might need to be more careful if they're new or not well established. Most important is no direct sun. I hope I'm right.

I forgot to tell you this important info. If these are the plants you have they are both toxic to pets and children (if ingested) but they're also know to help clean the air as indoor plants.

Thanks @debbadoozy, I research the NET a lot and I think the variegated one is “Dieffenbachia” or “Dumb Cane”. There are many varieties of this plant but certainly beautiful. By the way, no kids or pets in the house.
Another variety of Dieffenbachia
