I received a gift from family at Christmas that I would never have expected it to turn out to be so enjoyable...a bird feeder/camera.

Most all gardeners love birds and appreciate how they help out with gardening. Myself, I check my camera (it sends videos and pictures to your device) every day sometimes multiple times to see what is new or interesting. The feature I really love is the AI bird Id. I'm admittedly not good at identifying birds but AI really helps and makes it fascinating.

I consider it a great gift...and would bet your gardening dad would also.

@Wendi ...check out this thread. I have been posting my "new" bird finds on it and maybe it will give you a better feel for the gift.

Does anybody like to watch birds?

Speaking of that, another gift idea would be a battery powered seeder/spreader.

@Wendi if your Dad does much broadcast seeding and/or fertilizing this little unit would be greatly appreciated I would venture. I wish I had found it long ago...
