HI! I've just joined up and I am wondering if anyone is here from the PNW. If so, what are ya doing in/for the garden now? It's rainy today, and getting darker...but I still love to putter out there a bit, how about you?

Welcome. Not from there. Have relatives that live there, visit them every couple years. Love that area, would move there if I could. Love the coastline of Washington State, Astoria area, and all the north coast line of Oregon. Was just there this August. Visited Alaska, Sitka, and Juno.

I'm not from there either but I get my fuchsias from Joy Creek in Oregon. Hands down the best nursery in the U.S. for ordering plants online.

9b over here! I didn't know anything about growth zones before joining the site - it's helped a lot with my gardening!

wondering if you have stayed at the Sylvia Beach Hotel, in Newport, Oregon? Stayed twice so far, just LOVE it, it is a must go to place on the coast.
