Hardenbergia snow white loosing leaf

Fellows,

Need help from expert to save my Hardenbergia snow white and it is struggling at the moment and it has lost 70% of leafs and new growth is coming but it sort of start dying after new weeks. I have been told to water the plant regularly but still no sign of improvement. It is 2 year old and need any help to restore this beautiful climbing beauty.
