Growing Strawberries indoors.

Has anyone tried to do this? June bearing or ever-bearing? I can't grow them in my outdoor space as I don't get up there often at the right time of the year. Anyone had any success with these?

My dad tried that once, but he failed badly, ever since that he hasn't even tried! So don't feel bad, it seems accomplishing this is harder than it seems. I bet my future father in law could make it tho (he was a professional gardener).
