The Pink Calla-lily (Zantedeschia rehmannii or hybrid) fruit, pictured in the first OP shot, do not look ripe. If so, the seeds may not be fully developed. However if these are the only seeds available, do give it a try. It might succeed and every attempt is a learning experience.
There are no special treatments needed to germinate Zantedeschia seed, but fresh seed often works best. Plant the seeds in well-draining soil and keep moist until germination, which can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.
